Poetry and Spoken Word

I made my public spoken debut in September 2019. thanks to the Dundee Hotchpotch group 'for readers and listeners' which brings together poets, writers and artists. I used lockdown to write, record and rehearse many pieces old and new and returned to the live scene in Springtime 2022, with new-found confidence.

'The Incredibly Queer Transition of Jack Robinson'

'42nd Street' -a personal interpretation of the vanished world of Times Square grindhouse, the surrounding themes of sex work, degradation and pre-AIDS queerness .
